The Tube give the original sound for your instrument by fully using the 12AX7/7025 tube. You will find many beautiful sounds starting with the CRUNCH all the way to a warm Tube Distortion. The correct use of the controls gives you and unlimited number of sounds so you can match the sound with your needs.
Be sure to use an AC Power Supply, 9VDC with a minimum of 150mA with the correct polarity.
Controls: Equalizers LO, MID, HI, Effect Level, Drive, Effect Mode, Volume.
To increase the life of the tube and power supply, it is recommended to follow the following procedure: plug the power supply into the wall and into the pedal. Wait for the LED light to start flashing (about 15 seconds) before plugging in the guitar. Although it is not mandatory that you do this, following this procedure each time will substantually increase the life of the tube and power supply.
George Dennis recommends a stabilized Power Supply. The unit is protected if you use the wrong polarity supply.
